Information we collect
We collect information you provide through registration, enquiries, counselling requests, saved preferences and protected planning tools. We do not store passwords in public database tables.
How information is used
Information is used to provide student accounts, respond to enquiries, support counselling, maintain planning history, protect the service and improve operations.
AI-assisted features
AI tools process the information submitted for that assessment. Sensitive content is minimised in logs, and structured results are stored only for the authenticated student. SOP text is not retained when a hash and structured result are sufficient.
Sharing and security
We do not sell student information. Service providers may process limited information to operate authentication, hosting, monitoring or approved transactional email. Access controls and row-level security protect student records.
Your choices
Contact info@aaryanoverseas.in to ask about access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, consent or legal obligations.
